Zimetrix

Our own product: a smart isometric dynamometer measuring max force, RFD and bilateral symmetry. We designed everything, load-cell electronics, BLE firmware, iOS/Android apps, cloud sync and the e-commerce site. From napkin sketch to manufacturing files.

Tekmedical Argentina

15+ years designing and manufacturing certified electro-medical devices (EMS, pressotherapy, IPL) sold to clinics and professionals across Argentina. Full ownership: electronics, embedded firmware, electrical safety testing, quality systems (ISO 13485 / ISO 9001), manufacturing and support. This is where we learned what "shipping hardware" really means. We also built and run their e-commerce site.

zzlabs

zzlabs is two brothers who've been building physical products together for 15+ years. One of us comes from electronics and medical devices, designing, certifying and manufacturing electro-medical equipment under our brand Tekmedical, working under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality systems and medical electrical-safety standards (IEC 60601). The other comes from software and embedded systems, firmware, apps, web platforms and cloud for some of Europe's largest companies.

Together we cover the entire stack of a connected device: the board, the firmware, the app, the cloud, and the paperwork that lets you actually sell it. We're engineers who ship our own products, Zimetrix is the latest, so we treat your product like it's ours.

  • Remote-first, with 4-6 hours of overlap with US time zones and full overlap with Europe. Weekly demos, shared Slack, everything in writing. The first step is always a small paid discovery, so you can evaluate us with near-zero risk.
  • A technical discovery starts at $2,500. Working prototypes typically run $25k-$60k depending on complexity. Full product development is usually a monthly dedicated-team retainer. We give a fixed quote after discovery, no surprises.
  • We design PCBs, write embedded firmware, build the apps and run the cloud. We manufacture our own certified medical devices. Ask us about load cells, BLE edge cases or battery budgets, that's the fun part.
